SSK Legal was established as a result of many years of cooperation between the Partners – Legal Adviser Paulina Ślisz-Sandecka and Legal Adviser Jędrzej Kozioł. Her field of expertise covers the handling of the investment process both on the public and private capital market. She combines the start-up environment with investment funds and business angels.

Jędrzej Kozioł – legal adviser entered in the list of legal advisers kept by the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisers. He specialises in providing corporate services to companies, contract law and widely-understood new technologies law. He actively supports technological start-ups. His field of expertise covers economic law (in particular in the field of the organisation of economic undertakings and handling of the investment process) and criminal and fiscal law.
