DROP DRONE safe drone landing sites

31 Jul 2023

Szymon Kupaj and the team Farada Group Sp. z o.o. have already made many milestones in the application of drones in air transportation, but the rapid growth of this market requires the creation of appropriate infrastructure, including – safe landing pads in the urban area.

This task is being undertaken by Joanna Rutkowska and Krzysztof Jarosiński, who had the support of Ślisz-Sandecka Kozioł & Partnerzy Law Firm in the investment process and negotiations with the Green Ventures Fund. The idea of a platform for automatic landing, unloading and loading for drones found recognition from Łukasz Konarski and Michał Wronecki, and the DROP DRONE project has just gained PLN 1,000,000 for implementation.

The research work involves the development of a prototype platform that will be easy to install and will not require significant changes to the roof structure. The DROP DRONE, even in harsh weather conditions, will provide a safe, stable landing for drones and an equally safe handover process.
