ProSpeed Energy with strong funding

Ślisz-Sandecka Kozioł & Partnerzy, in the persons of Paulina Ślisz-Sandecka and Jędrzej Kozioł, advised on the signing of an investment agreement and a support agreement, which resulted in the Scanderia Venture Fund’s investment of PLN 1,170,000 in the ProSpeed Energy project, implemented by ProSpeed Energy.

As part of the idea behind Piotr Chabecki and Olimpia Kurasz-Kwiek, industrial research, development works and the development of an innovative technology of a fast energy transfer system in medical devices will be carried out. It will be used, among others in portable ultrasound machines, ECG recorders, defibrillators, respirators and other medical devices that require their own power supply or power supply without connection to the power grid.

ProSpeed Energy is another innovative project of the Scanderia Venture fund financed by the BRIdgeAlfa Program of the National Center for Research and Development, which as a law firm we had the pleasure to support with legal advice.
